After completing an LLB and LLM at university, Syeda spent several years raising three bookworms who, upon devouring all books in sight, demanded improvised stories. Syeda later turned to writing, with the tales she once wove for her children transforming into the manuscripts she now crafts.
Syeda lives in London with her husband, three children and a chorus of canaries (39 at last count!)
When she’s not writing or tending to her canaries, Syeda can be found on a hike with her family.
