Lucy Salmon

Lucy is an illustrator and author based near Bath, UK. In 2025, she graduated with distinction from the MA in Children’s Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art.

Lucy has been drawing for as long as she can remember. She loves mixing traditional materials to create artwork that celebrates small moments of connection, and the magic that can be found within the everyday. Through experimenting with form, Lucy loves to create immersive worlds that invite their readers in.

When she’s not out drawing in her sketchbook, Lucy works from her home studio, where she is often joined by her dog, George, a good audiobook and lots of cups of coffee.
