Lindsay is a picture-book writer based in Perthshire, Scotland, where she lives with her husband and two children.
A recipient of the Scottish Book Trust’s New Writer Award in 2022, she published her debut picture book, The Dangerous Pet Lover’s Guide to Dragons, with Bloomsbury in July 2025. Its sequel, The Dangerous Pet Lover’s Guide to Sea Monsters, will follow in May 2026.
When she’s not dreaming up fantastical beasts or adding to her ever-growing book collection, Lindsay works as a peripatetic nursery teacher and a joyful champion of creativity, play, and general silliness.
