I’ve wanted to make children’s books since I was about 4 and three quarters… and after just 14,610 days of practice (but who’s counting?), I finally got published. Go me!

I live in Plymouth with two boys, one grown-up boy, a fur baby, and 7 fish who absolutely refuse to tidy their tank.

My proudest achievement? Becoming a World Record Breaker for Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes (yes, that’s a real thing!). A very close second: having my book read on CBeebies Bedtime Stories by an actual movie star.

Dreams for the future: smashing another world record for “If You’re Happy and You Know It,” and writing lots more yummy books.
